At Automed Car Care, we stand behind the quality of our work with a 12-month/12,000-mile warranty on parts and services. This warranty ensures that you can have peace of mind knowing your vehicle is in expert hands. However, to maintain the validity of this warranty, it is essential to adhere to the following terms:

WHERE WILL THE LIMITED WARRANTIES BE HONORED?

To ensure your warranty remains valid, all follow-up services or repairs must be conducted at Automed Car Care, the location where the eligible parts and/or services were provided.

If you are outside of our service area and cannot bring your vehicle to our shop, you must contact Automed Car Care directly at 424-372-9120 or via email at [email protected] for assistance. We will refer you to a trusted and authorized shop within our approved network to perform the necessary work.

Please note that any unauthorized repairs or services performed at unapproved facilities will void the warranty.

HOW TO FILE A WARRANTY CLAIM
